It’s 32 degrees and my son is (apparently comfortable?) in shorts.  Just dropped to 29 degrees. What is it with these kids and shorts in cold weather?  Do you have rules about this — perhaps a temperature threshold for clothes/weather/attire — or do you allow them their freedom to be cool, but (certainly, never) never cold?
